NoEmail.cc FAQ

My email did not arrive!

1. Wait a few minutes. It can take some time for emails to be received and stored in our database.
2. Refresh the page. You can try to refresh your inbox every 30 seconds.
3. Go to step one and wait.

Common problems with incoming emails:

• The message is bigger than the maximum size for emails (30 MB).
• We do not accept any email attachments. You can still receive the emails but attachments are automatically removed.
• Spam will be deleted immediately.

Can I use my own domain?

Not yet. But a custom subdomain if you donate some Bitcoin. Contact me for more info (president@ceo.noemail.cc).

What characters can I use for the email address?

You can use: a-z A-Z 0-9 . -

Email addresses are not case sensitive (Jon-SNOW@TMP.NoEmail.cc is the same as jon-snow@tmp.noemail.cc).
